One price per clan, not per player. Everyone in the clan signs in for the same subscription.
When the free period ends, an admin of the clan subscribes from inside the app. Payment is handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record: they take the payment, apply the VAT or sales tax for your country, and send the receipt. We never see or store card details.
The subscription renews automatically once a year at the price shown here, unless it is cancelled. It can be cancelled at any time from the link in Paddle's receipt or by writing to support@wotclanstats.com; the clan keeps full access until the end of the year already paid.
Nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden. The record stays readable and exportable; what stops is adding to it, until the clan subscribes.
A full refund on request within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. The details are in the refund policy.
