WoT Clan Stats (wotclanstats.com, "the service") is provided by SBJ Analytics, a SASU (société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle) registered in France, RCS Paris 109 875 617, whose registered office is at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@wotclanstats.com. The full legal notice is at the end of this page.
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use it on behalf of a clan, you accept them for that clan as well.
WoT Clan Stats is a tool for World of Tanks clans. Its public part (the clan leaderboard and clan pages) is free and built from Wargaming's public data. Its private part, the clan record, lets members sign in, import their own replay files and see statistics, playback, scheduling and exports for their clan.
WoT Clan Stats is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wargaming. World of Tanks and related names are trademarks of Wargaming.net. The service does not sell, transfer or modify anything inside the game.
A new clan record is free for 60 days, with no card asked for. After that, the clan record costs €18 per clan per year, as shown on the pricing page. The public pages stay free.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: it takes the payment, handles tax, issues invoices and receipts, and handles refunds and payment-related customer service. When you pay, Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically every year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the clan keeps access until the end of the period already paid. If we ever change the price, we will say so in the app at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
Refunds are covered by the refund policy: a full refund on request within 14 days of any payment.
Nothing is deleted. The clan's record stays readable and exportable; importing and editing pause until the clan subscribes again.
Your clan's record belongs to your clan. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you: reading the replays you import, computing statistics and showing them to the members your admins let in. You can export it at any time, and you can ask us to delete a clan's record or your own account by writing to support@wotclanstats.com.
How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Do not use the service to break the law or the rules of World of Tanks, to harass anyone, to try to reach another clan's record, to interfere with the service or its servers, or to scrape or resell it. We may suspend an account or a clan record that does, after warning the clan's admins where that is reasonable.
We work to keep the service running and its figures correct, but it is provided as it is, depending on data from replay files and from Wargaming's public API that we do not control. The service may change or improve over time. If we ever stop offering it, we will give at least 60 days' notice, keep exports available during that time, and refund the unused part of any yearly subscription.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to a clan for any claim relating to the service is limited to what that clan paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; a significant change will be announced in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, please write to support@wotclanstats.com first; most things can be settled that way. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring a claim before its courts.
