If you are not happy with a payment for WoT Clan Stats, ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment and you will get the full amount back. This applies to the first payment and to every yearly renewal. You do not need to give a reason.
Write to support@wotclanstats.com with your clan's tag, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all purchases and issues the refund. You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle usually processes them within a few days; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
The subscription for that period ends. Your clan's record is not deleted: it stays readable and exportable, and adding to it pauses until the clan subscribes again, exactly as when a free trial ends.
Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. The clan keeps full access until the end of the year already paid.
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country, including the EU right of withdrawal. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.
